A community hospital located on Cape Cod is seeking a Night Shift Pharmacist for their 200-bed facility. This position is ideal for a licensed Massachusetts Pharmacist with hospital experience looking to work in a dynamic healthcare environment approximately 70 miles south of Boston.

Schedule:

• Night shift, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Apply pharmacokinetics principles in patient care
• Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize IT systems, including EPIC and Pyxis, to support pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
