Qualifications & Experience:
- Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution; PharmD preferred
- Current licensure in the practicing state through successful completion of required exams
- Minimum of three years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor healthcare trainees and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately while adhering to all state and federal regulations
- Advise medical staff on drug therapies, potential side effects, and dosage adjustments
- Maintain pharmaceutical inventories and ensure compliance with storage standards
- Conduct medication use reviews and participate in patient care rounds as necessary
- Provide consultation services to contracted long-term care facilities monthly
- Uphold confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and contribute to facility policies and drug use guidelines
