This contract position has an ASAP start and offers a schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, working from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment is expected to last 13 weeks or longer with potential for temp-to-hire conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Alabama pharmacist license is required
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
