Pharmacist - Dublin, Ohio

A growing closed-door Long Term Care pharmacy in Dublin, OH is seeking four (4) licensed Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities to support expanding site operations. This role offers flexible shift options designed to attract skilled professionals wanting a stable and rewarding pharmacy environment.

Schedule Options:

• 2nd Shift (3 openings): Monday-Friday, 6:00pm – 2:30am, plus every other weekend
• 7on/7off (1 opening): Monday-Sunday, 6:00pm – 4:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess medication orders for accuracy regarding drug selection, dosage, interactions, and administration
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of medications
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare teams to address medication-related inquiries
• Oversee medicine preparation and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Make therapeutic recommendations to physicians and facility staff as needed
• Resolve medication-related issues promptly
• Maintain detailed customer records including medical, clinical, and laboratory information

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Experience in Long Term Care or closed-door pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems; experience with Frameworks is a plus
