Pharmacist - Dublin, OH

An established closed-door Long Term Care pharmacy in Dublin, OH is expanding operations and seeking four licensed staff pharmacists for direct hire positions. These roles offer a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on specialized pharmaceutical care.

Shifts available include:

• Three 2nd shift roles: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with every other weekend required
• One 7-on/7-off schedule: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, every other week

Alternative shift options have been introduced to attract top talent, offering four 10-hour shifts with varying evening and overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medication orders for accuracy in drug selection, dosage, interactions, and administration
• Ensure correct dispensing and labeling of medications
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare teams to address medication-related inquiries
• Oversee preparation of medications in accordance with safety standards
• Recommend therapy modifications to physicians and client facilities when appropriate
• Investigate and resolve medication-related issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient medication and clinical records using Frameworks system

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Ohio Pharmacist license in hand is required
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately review complex medication regimens
