Per Diem Pharmacist - Dublin, OH

Provide expert pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients during a one-day assignment in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting. This per diem opportunity focuses on delivering safe, accurate dispensing of medications and exceptional customer service under the direction of the pharmacy manager.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while following organizational protocols
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects to promote adherence and safety
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally in line with policies
• Manage stock levels and maintain controlled substance records to ensure compliance
• Assist in resolving patient insurance and third-party coverage questions swiftly

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in Ohio is required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Pioneer software or similar pharmacy systems
