Per Diem Pharmacist - Dunsmuir, CA

A retail pharmacy requires a licensed pharmacist to provide coverage in the Mount Shasta area from September 4 through September 21. This per diem opportunity offers consistent hours each day and the chance to contribute to exceptional patient care in a community setting.

Schedule:

• September 4 to September 21
• 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide expert counseling to customers on medication use and safety
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of dispensed medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current, valid California pharmacist license
• Recent experience practicing as a pharmacist, preferably in retail pharmacy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
