A healthcare facility in Northern California is seeking three dedicated Staff Pharmacists to join their team, offering an opportunity to contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care in a Level II Trauma Center. This full-time role involves 10-hour shifts with varied scheduling across days, evenings, weekends, and nights, providing a dynamic work environment without fixed days off.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical judgment, professional pharmacy knowledge, and distribution skills to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related issues in alignment with hospital policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support the mission of service excellence and patient well-being.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in an inpatient, decentralized setting.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and Windows-based computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply drug knowledge and sound clinical judgment effectively.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications (to be obtained within one year of hire for new hires; existing staff have extended deadlines).
