Pharmacist - Earlimart, California

Support a critical transition in pharmacy services by serving as a Pharmacist during an 8-week contract focused on an EPIC EMR conversion. This role involves providing essential evening coverage while permanent staff dedicate their efforts to implementing and troubleshooting the new EPIC software system. Your expertise will ensure continuity of pharmacy operations as the client transitions from Cerner to EPIC.

Location:

• Earlimart, CA

Schedule & Hours:

• Evenings, 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Ability to work up to 48 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-standard pharmacy services during evening hours
• Support daily operations while permanent staff focus on EMR conversion
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe medication practices during the transition
• Troubleshoot and adapt to new software environments as needed

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacist License (CA license) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Cerner and EPIC systems within the last 5 years
• Prior employment or successful contract completion involving Cerner and EPIC systems
• Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment
