Pharmacist - East Falmouth, Massachusetts

Schedule and Hours:

• Night shift: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Work cycle: 7 days on, 7 days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor pharmacokinetics to optimize patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation
