Retail Pharmacist - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for a full-time pharmacist at a retail pharmacy location in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire position offers the chance to lead pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional patient care and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with store operations and pharmacy staff to engage associates and communicate company strategies.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance for all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance aligned with state and federal regulations.
• Managing the pharmacy to drive profitability and prescription growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Controlling inventory levels, tracking weekly sales, and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand.
• Aligning department performance with key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing expert healthcare counseling and resolving customer issues to build loyalty.
• Supervising, training, coaching, and managing pharmacy staff to optimize performance and development.
• Maintaining pharmacy security and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritizing pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and managing will-calls.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts, approximately 69 hours bi-weekly
