Pharmacist | Eau Claire, Wisconsin

A direct hire opportunity for a Pharmacist is available at a leading closed-door long-term care pharmacy serving multiple locations, including one in Eau Claire, WI. This role offers a dynamic work environment with potential for growth and professional development.

Location:

• Eau Claire, WI (Western Wisconsin)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation required

Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 pharmacy duties, including supervising pharmacy technicians
• Prepare sterile products in an on-site cleanroom, including IVs and TPNs
• Provide medication therapy management (MTM) services as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Wisconsin pharmacist license in-hand preferred; temporary ACT-10 license accepted with requirement to obtain permanent WI license within 90 days
• Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy highly preferred
• Retail pharmacists with strong MTM skills and the ability to quickly assume PV1 responsibilities will be considered
• Proficiency with Frameworks pharmacy system is a plus
