Seeking a licensed pharmacist to support a 250-bed hospital located in Marshfield, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy healthcare environment, working a rotating schedule that balances 7 days on with 7 days off. The role begins as soon as possible and is expected to last for at least 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and distribute medications accurately in alignment with hospital protocols.
• Use Cerner and Omnicell systems to manage medication orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Monitor drug therapies and provide clinical guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines in the pharmacy department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain the Act 10 temporary license.
• Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell IT systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively on both 2nd shift (12:00 pm – 10:00 pm) and 3rd shift (9:00 pm – 7:00 am).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
