An opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist is available at a 250-bed hospital in Marshfield, WI, starting as soon as possible. This 13-week contract role offers a unique schedule with a 7-on, 7-off rotation, alternating between second shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and third shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), typically beginning midweek on Wednesday.

Responsibilities include managing medication dispensing, supporting clinical pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and utilizing Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management. The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication within the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective pharmaceutical care.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Wisconsin Pharmacist license or be willing to obtain an ACT 10 temporary license for licensing flexibility. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is essential to navigate a fast-paced hospital environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to secure ACT 10 temporary license
  • Proven hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in a similar-sized facility
  • Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy IT systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work alternating second and third shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule
