A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services at a critical access hospital with a maximum of 25 patients. This role is based in a scenic location in New Mexico and offers the chance to contribute directly to patient care in a close-knit hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Consult with physicians and nurses for optimal medication management
• Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge to individualize patient therapy
• Support the pharmacy team in delivering inpatient pharmaceutical services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility for a temporary license
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently in a small hospital setting

Schedule:

• Day shifts, 06:30 to 19:00, three 12-hour shifts per week
