Per Diem Pharmacist - Elgin, IL

Seeking a skilled pharmacist for per diem PRN shifts on February 16 and 17, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with specialty or oncology pharmacy experience, though candidates with strong retail pharmacy backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Location: Elgin, IL area (site at 8915 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL)

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pharmacy services during assigned shifts
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR to manage prescriptions and patient information
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Illinois pharmacist license
• Experience in specialty or oncology pharmacy preferred
• Proficient with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong retail pharmacy experience with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety will be considered
