Per Diem Pharmacist - Elizabeth, Illinois

• 1st Shift
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  Assignment Dates: August 20-21 and September 1
  Software Experience: Pioneer

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately under the supervision of the pharmacy manager
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and regimen adherence
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational protocols
• Maintain medication stock levels and controlled substance records with precision
• Address and resolve patient issues and navigate insurance or third-party coverage questions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, clear pharmacist license in Illinois is mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience demonstrating sound pharmacy practices
• Proficiency with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient care
