Pharmacist Role – Retail Setting – Lebanon, PA – Direct Hire Opportunity

We are currently seeking two full-time pharmacists to join a retail pharmacy team in Lebanon, PA. This direct hire position offers a dynamic role within a pharmacy department focused on delivering excellent healthcare services and driving pharmacy business growth. The ideal pharmacists will have strong clinical knowledge, management skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Location:

• Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Schedule:

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Total weekly hours: 67 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the store operations team to enhance associate engagement and communicate department and company strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance aligned with state and federal regulations.
• Manage the pharmacy department’s profitability and growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Partner with pharmacy leadership and staff to maintain appropriate pharmaceutical inventory and control costs.
• Align performance objectives with key departmental metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing medical-related inquiries, providing healthcare counseling, and resolving issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy associates including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security standards for the pharmacy.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment and prioritize daily operational tasks like cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
