Per Diem Pharmacist | Elkhart, Indiana

This opportunity is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care at a healthcare site located in Indiana. The role is per diem with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accumulating approximately 108 hours over a two-week period in October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Provide accurate information to patients and customers about medication usage and safety
• Deliver outstanding customer service to support patient health and satisfaction

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and healthcare team
