A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide critical support at a 250-bed community hospital in Northern Indiana. This role offers the potential for extension and is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking a dynamic inpatient setting.

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 2nd shift hours: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Possible flexibility for a 7-on/7-off schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication regimens
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles for individualized patient care
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations adhering to hospital protocols and standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license with credentials to practice in Indiana
