Responsibilities include inpatient pharmaceutical duties such as order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and managing pharmacokinetics to support patient care and medication management within the hospital setting.
Ideal candidates will hold an active Indiana pharmacist license and have prior hospital experience to navigate the demands of an inpatient pharmacy environment effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team are essential.
