A pharmacy team in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a PRN Pharmacist for per diem coverage from March 2nd to March 7th. This role offers a great opportunity to provide your expertise in a busy retail pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Provide counseling to patients on medication usage and health
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and cashier to maintain smooth pharmacy operations
• Utilize RX30 computer system for prescription processing and records management

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Pharmacy Environment:

• Average of 100 prescriptions processed daily
• Support staff includes 2 pharmacy technicians and 1 cashier
