A pharmacy professional is needed for an inpatient role at a small hospital setting in Elko, NV. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply pharmacy expertise in a supportive environment serving a roughly 50-bed facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Consulting with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication regimens
• Applying pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Nevada pharmacist license required
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with the healthcare team

Schedule:

• Primarily day shifts, 10 hours in length
• Flexible to consider a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
