Pharmacist - Ephrata, Pennsylvania

Seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment at a 160-bed community hospital in Lebanon, PA. This travel opportunity offers a dynamic hospital setting where your expertise will support patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide clinical pharmacy support
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis automation systems effectively

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
• Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols considered a plus
