A permanent opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in a closed-door, non-compounding pharmacy environment located in Elizabethtown, PA. This role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend hours, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately in compliance with professional standards, facility protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Conduct medication reconciliation processes when applicable to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients upon discharge.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a focus on clinical care excellence.
• Consult with patients regarding prescribed medications and supplies, including dosage instructions, frequency, special requirements, and possible drug interactions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Experience working in a closed-door pharmacy setting preferred.
