A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy distribution functions in a hospital setting. This contract role offers an ASAP start with a duration of 16 weeks or more and potential for temp-to-hire consideration. The schedule involves variable days and afternoons working 8-hour shifts, providing a flexible yet structured work environment.

Location:

• Everett, WA (close to Seattle)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders using Epic
• Perform final product verification checks to ensure safety and accuracy
• Provide clinical support by answering drug information questions
• Supervise pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient operations
• Participate in Code Blue and other emergency response efforts as needed
• Utilize IT systems including Epic and Pyxis for pharmacy management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Washington State Pharmacist license required
• Hospital pharmacy experience essential for successful candidate
• Full-time immediate availability for the duration of the assignment
• Proficiency with Epic and Pyxis systems preferred
