Pharmacist in Everett, WA

A pharmacist opportunity is available supporting inpatient pharmacy distribution functions in a hospital setting near Seattle, WA. This contract position offers an ASAP start for approximately 16 weeks with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders using the Epic system
• Performing final product verification checks to ensure accuracy
• Providing clinical consults and answering drug information inquiries
• Supervising pharmacy technician activities to maintain workflow efficiency
• Participating in Code Blue and emergency response situations
• Utilizing hospital technologies such as EPIC and Pyxis systems

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active Washington State pharmacist license
• Immediate full-time availability
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency with Epic and Pyxis preferred

Schedule:

• 7 consecutive night shifts (approximately 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM) followed by 7 days off
