Pharmacist in Everett, WA

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to support specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy operations in Bellevue, WA, with flexibility to float to Seattle as needed. This contract position begins ASAP and extends for 16+ weeks, operating Monday through Friday during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification using Epic system to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
• Perform final product verification checks in alignment with pharmacy protocols.
• Respond to clinical inquiries and provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and oversee pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient workflow.
• Adhere to USP 797/800 guidelines for sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Pharmacist license.
• Experience in infusion or oncology pharmacy settings preferred.
• Proficient with Epic electronic medical records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems.
• Solid understanding of USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support technician staff.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts.
