• Conducting order verification using Epic
• Performing final product verification checks
• Responding to clinical questions and providing drug information
• Supervising pharmacy technician activities
• Supporting distribution functions within the specialty/oncology infusion pharmacy
• Potentially floating to nearby Seattle locations as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Washington State Pharmacist license
• Experience in infusion or oncology pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems Epic and Pyxis
• Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile compounding and hazardous drugs

Schedule and location details:

• Monday to Friday day shift schedule
• Based primarily in Bellevue, WA with occasional float to Seattle
