Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour shifts
• Variable start times: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM
• Variable days including weekends
• Holiday shifts as needed (typically 4-5 hours)
• Note: An 11:00 AM shift is generally not followed by a 7:00 AM shift the next day

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify hospital pharmacy orders accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacist experience
• Proficiency with standard hospital pharmacy orders and product verification
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Active Alaska Pharmacist license required or willingness to apply for a temporary license within 24 hours of job offer
