Pharmacist in Faribault, MN

A specialized opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a Specialty Pharmacy setting in Waseca, MN. This contract role offers a chance to engage in Long Term Care pharmacy services, providing direct patient support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Long Term Care pharmacist duties efficiently and accurately
• Dispense medications while ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans
• Manage inventory and maintain records of controlled substances
• Provide expert guidance and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with valid credentials to practice in Minnesota
• Experience in Long Term Care or Specialty Pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Effective communication and patient counseling skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Some weekend shifts required
• 20-30 hours per week

Location: Waseca, MN

This contract assignment is ideal for a Pharmacist seeking flexible hours in a specialty pharmacy environment. With a duration of 13+ weeks, candidates must be available to commit to this period.

Additionally, there is a concurrent need for a Travel Pharmacist to cover the Waseca, MN site, providing flexibility and the possibility to explore travel opportunities in this role.
