Travel Pharmacist - Arizona

A 13-week Travel Pharmacist opportunity is available at a satellite healthcare clinic in northern Arizona. This role provides comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient clinical setting. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
13-week contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
• Support direct patient care across a diverse patient population
• Ensure pharmacy services follow established policies and procedures

Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-recognized school
• Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacist License
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 3 years of Pharmacist experience
• Fingerprinting must be completed and cleared prior to start

Additional Information:

• COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted with required documentation
• Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to start
