Pharmacist - Forks, WA

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist position within a tribal clinic setting located in Washington State. The pharmacy operates inside the health center, providing an engaging environment with significant collaboration between pharmacists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient care.

Location: Forks, WA
Position Type: Contract (13 weeks +), with potential for temp-to-hire
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verifying, filling, and checking medications accurately
• Counseling patients on proper medication use and safety
• Collaborating closely with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Utilizing an uncommon pharmacy system (MD Scripts), with full training provided on-site

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license from any state
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
• Prior experience working in tribal healthcare settings is preferred but not required
