Per Diem Pharmacist - Fort Dodge, IA

A retail and long-term care setting in Fort Dodge, IA, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join their team on a per diem basis. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, June 15-19, 2026
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8.5 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, helpful information to customers regarding medication usage
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout daily interactions
• Support pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and managing inventory

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Iowa state pharmacy technician license is required
• Previous experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
