Seeking a Per Diem Outpatient Pharmacist to provide essential coverage from April 9th to April 14th, 2026. This role offers the opportunity to support outpatient pharmacy services with a focus on patient care and prescription accuracy during daytime shifts.

Location: Fort Dodge, IA
Schedule:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify low volume prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication use
• Manage typical outpatient pharmacy duties including medication dispensing and record keeping

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Pharmacist License
• Experience as a pharmacist in retail or outpatient settings
