Join a leading South Florida hospital system seeking two skilled Oncology Pharmacist Specialists to enhance its distinguished oncology services. These roles are based in Miami Beach, South Florida, and offer both Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities. Strong travelers interested in flexible assignments will also be considered.

Location: Miami Beach, South Florida
Shifts: Day & Afternoon
Engagement: Temp-to-Hire (TTH) or Direct Hire (DH)

Role 1 – Oncology Research Pharmacist

• Supports oncology research and clinical trials
• Collaborates with physicians, research teams, and clinical staff to ensure protocol compliance and investigational drug management
• Prior research experience is a strong plus

Role 2 – Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

• Requires Epic Beacon certification
• Manages oncology order verification, protocol build, and clinical workflows
• Plays a critical role in chemotherapy management and interdisciplinary patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Strong oncology pharmacy experience within hospital or health-system settings (mandatory)
• BCOP certification highly preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• For Role 1, experience supporting clinical trials and research protocols is advantageous
• For Role 2, proficiency with Epic Beacon system is required
