Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts
Job Type: Contract to hire (13 weeks)
Start Date: ASAP (Monday, 5/19)
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and oversee pharmacy operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, including infusion therapies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
- Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance essential for home infusion services
Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with active pharmacy license
- Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred; infusion pharmacy experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn infusion pharmacy practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
