Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• May 15th-17th (additional per diem dates may be available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Prescription Verification Level 1 (PV1) and Level 2 (PV2) to conduct initial and final accuracy checks on prescriptions.
• Review compounded and commercial prescriptions to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve any discrepancies prior to prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of verification processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
