Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 verifications, including initial and final checks, on compounded and commercial prescriptions.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials.

• May 15th-17th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
