An overnight pharmacist opportunity is available in a closed-door, long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position offers a unique 7 on/7 off schedule, ideal for those seeking work-life balance in a high-demand pharmacy setting. The role focuses on managing medication dispensing and ensuring accuracy during the overnight shift, which handles approximately 600 prescriptions daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians during the shift
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and facility protocols

Schedule:

• Monday through Sunday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 7 consecutive days on, followed by 7 consecutive days off

Qualifications:

• Current, clear, and active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Open to new graduates seeking overnight experience
