A 150-bed community hospital is seeking a dedicated Night Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations during the night shift. This role is essential in ensuring safe and effective medication use while providing critical support to the healthcare team.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on, 7 nights off
• 10-hour shifts

Location:

• Near Gallatin, TN, approximately 30 miles northeast of Nashville

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Tennessee pharmacist license
• Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
