Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) tasks, including final verification of prescriptions
• Ensure the accuracy of medication labeling and packaging, confirming correct medications in bottles or boxes
• Verify prescription directions and patient information against hard copy prescriptions
• Use the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system in a manual, non-automated environment
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume mail order pharmacy setting

• 2 to 3 years of pharmacy experience, particularly in high-volume settings
