Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Outpatient Infusion Staff Pharmacist at a well-established Cancer Center in Fredericksburg, VA. Location:

• Fredericksburg, Virginia

Schedule:

• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pharmacy operating hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend coverage required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense chemotherapy and infusion medications accurately and safely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary outpatient oncology staff to optimize patient care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and medication orders
• Manage inventory and medication distribution through Pyxis systems
• Provide patient counseling and respond to clinical questions regarding outpatient infusion therapies
• Support pharmacy technicians and contribute to efficient workflow in the outpatient infusion area

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist license in Virginia is required
• Experience in infusion pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or chemotherapy preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
