Pharmacist | Fresno, California

An opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacist to manage medium to high-volume prescription processing at a well-established pharmacy in Fresno, CA. This role requires strong skills in retail pharmacy practice and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment from Monday through Friday.

Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Contract Duration:

• Starting last week of August
• 13 weeks with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and dispense prescriptions in a medium to high-volume setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures
• Provide excellent patient counseling and support
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare team members to optimize workflow
• Use Rx30 software for prescription processing and record keeping

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of retail pharmacy practice experience required
• Proficiency in managing medium to high-volume prescription workloads
• Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred to assist in patient communication, though not mandatory as Spanish-speaking technicians are available
