An opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacist to support a busy pharmacy operation. This contract position begins the last week of August and runs for approximately 13 weeks, with the potential for extension. The role offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule, working 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to high volume prescription processing efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize pharmacy software, specifically Rx30, to support daily workflow.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of six months retail pharmacy practice experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software.
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy technicians are bilingual.
