Per Diem Pharmacist | Galion, Ohio

A Per Diem pharmacist position is available to provide vacation coverage at a pharmacy located in Galion, OH. This role requires availability on select dates and the ability to support daily pharmacy operations during regular business hours.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pharmacy operates from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no lunch closures
• Vacation coverage needed on August 10–14, September 14–18, and November 25

Responsibilities include:

• Managing over 200 prescription verifications and data entries daily using PioneerRx software
• Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
• Conducting data verification and product verification duties
• Receiving and signing controlled and narcotic drug deliveries
• Collaborating with a team that includes three full-time pharmacy technicians

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Ohio pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
