Pharmacist | Gallatin, Tennessee

Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Night Shift Pharmacist at a 150-bed community hospital located near Gallatin, TN, approximately 30 miles northeast of Nashville. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic hospital environment while working a balanced night schedule.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on / 7 nights off
• 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain high standards of pharmacy operations.
• Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations to optimize medication therapy.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide clinical consultation and enhance patient care.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license is required.
• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
