Pharmacist - Gallatin, TN

A 150-bed community hospital located near Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Night Pharmacist to join their team. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a hospital setting while supporting critical overnight operations.

Schedule:

• Night shift, 7 days on / 7 days off
• 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians during the night shift
• Utilize pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient care
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee pharmacist license required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
