Pharmacist | Galt, California

A pharmacist role is available in the Galt, CA area, with an assignment located in nearby Lodi, CA. This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and will last approximately 13 weeks.

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and engaging in pharmacokinetic activities. The facility currently uses Cerner and Omnicell systems, with a transition to EPIC planned in the near future.

Ideal candidates will hold an active California pharmacist license and have prior hospital pharmacy experience. Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and electronic health record systems like Cerner or EPIC will be advantageous.

• Active California pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of Cerner and Omnicell preferred; willingness to adapt to EPIC system
