Pharmacist in Garrison, TX

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist experienced in retail pharmacy practice, with the flexibility to work 3 to 5 days per week in a welcoming, family-friendly pharmacy environment. This role is based in the Nacogdoches area and offers a rewarding chance to provide quality care in a close-knit community pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to customers following prescribed instructions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer medication-related questions.
• Manage pharmacy operations including inventory control, prescription processing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring positive patient experiences.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of accuracy

Schedule:

• 3 to 5 days per week
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Typical shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with some flexibility

• Nacogdoches, Texas
