A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support day-to-day pharmacy operations in York, PA. This direct hire position offers a dynamic role working variable day and afternoon shifts in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to monitor inventory levels by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceuticals to meet customer needs while optimizing profitability.
• Accurately measure, mix, and dispense prescription and non-prescription medications, ensuring proper dosage and composition.
• Provide guidance to customers on self-medication and maintain communication with healthcare providers and insurance professionals.
• Administer patient immunizations regularly to support community health initiatives.
• In the pharmacy manager’s absence, assist with scheduling, performance management, and assigning tasks to pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations and meet company goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License is preferred.
