A pharmacy opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to provide quality patient care within a retail setting in Glendale, AZ. This per diem role offers a structured schedule designed to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective use of your professional skills.

Location:

• Glendale, Arizona

Schedule:

• 5 days of coverage plus training
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are checked before dispensing
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, following organizational policies
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster positive patient interactions and satisfaction
• Work with a team including one pharmacist and three technicians, handling a prescription volume of under 100 per day
• Utilize Pioneer Rx system for prescription processing and documentation

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Clear and active Arizona Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare providers
