Pharmacist - Glendale, AZ

A pharmacy opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to provide critical checking and verification support. This contract role is based in Glendale, AZ, with an important assignment in Tempe, AZ, designed to address an immediate and evolving need.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• May include on-call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Perform checking and verification of pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently
• Support infusion operations; prior infusion experience preferred but not mandatory
• Assist with additional pharmacy duties based on skills and aptitude
• Utilize CareTend system for order processing and verification

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and good-standing Arizona pharmacist license required
• Experience in checking and verifying pharmacy orders
• Familiarity with infusion pharmacy practices is highly desirable
• Proficiency with CareTend system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving needs

Location:

• Work performed in Glendale and Tempe, AZ
