Location: Golconda, NV (with a preference for candidates open to relocating to Winnemucca for long-term roles)
Position Type: Contract to Hire (Travel-to-Hire or Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing and medication preparation
• Perform sterile compounding tasks adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapy
• Assist with inventory management and quality control within the pharmacy
• Adapt to varied schedules supporting hospital pharmacy coverage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy OR strong sterile compounding expertise
• Flexible and adaptable to various scheduling structures
• Willingness to consider relocation for long-term employment is highly preferred
• Open to either travel-to-hire or direct hire arrangements

Schedule Options:

• Rotating 3 to 4 twelve-hour shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts
