Pharmacist | Gorham, New Hampshire

Join a healthcare facility in New Hampshire as an Inpatient Pharmacist, supporting comprehensive hospital services including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Departments. Location: Berlin, NH

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (7:00/7:30 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM)
• Rotating weekends every third weekend
• Weekend shifts on Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient medication therapy across multiple hospital departments
• Ensure safe and effective pharmacological care independently, especially during weekend shifts
• Utilize Meditech electronic health records and Omnicell medication management systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently, especially on weekends
• Experience with Meditech preferred; familiarity with Omnicell is a plus
• Licensed or eligible for a New Hampshire temporary pharmacy license (facilitation available)
• Comfortable practicing in a rural hospital environment
