Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to diverse patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric at a main campus and satellite clinics. This role involves rotational shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule. The position offers opportunities for advancement from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist levels, including clinical and managerial responsibilities.

Location: Gray Mountain, AZ
Job Type: Contract
Shift: 7 on/7 off rotation
Work Week: Wednesday to Tuesday
Hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE-recognized school
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or D.C. (AZ license not required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Pharmacist
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting prior to start

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered pharmacy care adhering to organizational policies and high clinical standards
  • Provide direct pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participate in management and supervision of pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants (at Advanced Practice levels)
  • Develop and implement clinical service programs to improve quality of care
  • Manage specialized pharmacy clinics and ensure compliance with regulations
